Ingredients

premium white chocolate
chopped

cup
heavy cream
1
cup
dried blueberries
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Cocoa powder or shredded coconut for coating
Instructions
Process dried blueberries until finely chopped
Heat cream until simmering
Pour over white chocolate
Stir until smooth
Add blueberries and vanilla
Refrigerate 2 hours
Scoop and roll into balls
Coat in cocoa or coconut
Chill until firm
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate
Keep hands cool while rolling
Makes approximately 24 truffles
