White Chocolate Blueberry Truffles

Elegant white chocolate truffles infused with natural blueberry flavor, rolled in cocoa powder or coconut. Perfect for gifts or special occasions.

Equipment

  • Double boiler or heatproof bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Silicone spatula
  • Small cookie scoop
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz premium white chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder or shredded coconut for coating

Instructions
 

  • Process dried blueberries until finely chopped
  • Heat cream until simmering
  • Pour over white chocolate
  • Stir until smooth
  • Add blueberries and vanilla
  • Refrigerate 2 hours
  • Scoop and roll into balls
  • Coat in cocoa or coconut
  • Chill until firm

Keep hands cool while rolling
