Ingredients
- 12 oz premium white chocolate chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder or shredded coconut for coating
Instructions
- Process dried blueberries until finely chopped
- Heat cream until simmering
- Pour over white chocolate
- Stir until smooth
- Add blueberries and vanilla
- Refrigerate 2 hours
- Scoop and roll into balls
- Coat in cocoa or coconut
- Chill until firm
