Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

- In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy, approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are well combined.
- Once combined, increase the mixer speed to high and beat for 3 minutes until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.
- Depending on your desired consistency, adjust by adding more powdered sugar for a thicker frosting or more cream for a thinner consistency.
- Spread or pipe the frosting onto your desired dessert and enjoy!
