No Bake Coconut Cream Balls
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon butter softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 12 oz bag melting chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare Your Workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Make the Coconut Cream Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Stir in shredded coconut and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape the Coconut Cream Balls: Dust hands with powdered sugar, roll the mixture into balls, and freeze on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 1 hour.
Prepare the Chocolate Coating: Melt chocolate chips according to package instructions.
Dip the Coconut Balls in Chocolate: Coat each ball in melted chocolate using a fork, then place them back on the baking sheet.
Set the Chocolate: Chill the chocolate-coated balls in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Serve and Store: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
