•1 lb sausage (breakfast sausage or Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled)

•8 oz cream cheese, softened

•1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

•½ cup ranch dressing

•2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

•12 slider buns

•¼ cup butter, melted

•½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ Cook the sausage: In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Once fully browned, drain excess fat, and set aside to cool slightly.

3️⃣ Make the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well combined.

4️⃣ Assemble the sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish. Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the buns. Top with the other half of the buns.

5️⃣ Brush with butter: Brush the top of the buns with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, if using.

6️⃣ Bake: Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

7️⃣ Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot!

Storage Options

Refrigerator: Store leftover sliders in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Freezer: You can freeze the assembled but unbaked sliders. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and foil, then freeze for up to 2 months. When ready to bake, simply thaw overnight in the fridge and bake as instructed.

Reheating: Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

Notes

Substitutions: You can swap out the sausage for ground turkey or even chicken sausage for a lighter version.

Make it spicy: Add a few dashes of hot sauce or jalapeños for a spicy kick.

Extra cheesy: Feel free to add more shredded cheese for an extra cheesy layer in the sliders.
