Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)
1 lb ground beef
6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese, whisking until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Return the cooked ground beef and crumbled bacon to the skillet, stirring to combine. Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
