Italian Stromboli Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
8 slices deli ham
10 slices Genoa salami
12 slices sandwich pepperoni
8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese (shredded cheese works too)
2 tablespoons butter
2 minced garlic cloves
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Prepare Garlic Butter: Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the pizza dough tube. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stretch Dough: Stretch the pizza crust to nearly the size of your baking sheet.

Layer Ingredients: Layer the deli meats on the dough, starting with the ham, followed by the salami, and then the pepperoni. Add the cheese as the final layer.

Roll and Seal: Roll the Stromboli lengthwise, ensuring the seam is sealed well. Pinch and mold the ends, tucking any excess dough underneath.

Score and Top: Score the top of the Stromboli a few times with a serrated knife to allow steam to escape. Brush the top with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake: Bake the Stromboli according to the instructions on the pizza dough package. (Typically, it bakes for the same duration as a regular pizza, but without the initial par-bake step.)
