1 hamburger patty or chicken breast
1 medium potato, sliced
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, onions, green peppers)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
Optional: Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder

Instructions

Prepare a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12×18 inches)
Place meat in center of foil
Arrange sliced potatoes and vegetables around meat
Season generously with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings
Dot with butter or drizzle with olive oil
Fold foil into sealed packet, leaving some space for steam
Cooking Methods:

Campfire: Place directly on hot coals, 15-20 minutes
Grill: Medium-high heat, 20-25 minutes
Oven: 375°F, 25-30 minutes

Check internal temperature of meat (165°F for chicken, 160°F for beef)

Tips

Double-wrap foil to prevent leaks
Cut vegetables uniformly for even cooking
Customize with your favorite seasonings and vegetables
