Delmonico Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 (32 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Paprika for garnish

Instructions
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray
3. Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the prepared pan
Cheese Sauce
1. In a large saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, dry mustard, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper
2. Cook over medium-low heat
3. Add cheese and stir until completely melted
4. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes
Baking
1. Bake uncovered for 1 hour
2. Potatoes should be golden and bubbly
3. Optional: Dot with additional butter and sprinkle with paprika before serving
