Creamy White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Cheese Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
Layer Lasagna:

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Lay 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Cover with a third of the cheese mixture, half the chicken, half the spinach, and a third of the mozzarella.
Drizzle with more Alfredo sauce.
Repeat Layers:

Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of noodles.
Top with the remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
Bake:

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Rest and Serve:

Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
