💚 Christmas Grinch Oreo Balls 🎄
Ingredients:
• 24.4 oz Red Velvet Oreos (2 packages)
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 15 oz light green candy melts
• Red candy hearts (or mini-Christmas sprinkles)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Crush Oreos: Blend Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
3️⃣ Mix: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Oreo crumbs and blend.
4️⃣ Shape: Scoop mixture with a 1.5” cookie scoop and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet.
5️⃣ Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
6️⃣ Melt Candy: Heat candy melts over low heat in a double boiler, stirring often.
7️⃣ Dip: Dip each ball into melted candy, tap to remove excess, and place on baking sheet.
8️⃣ Drizzle: (Optional) Drizzle extra melted candy on top and add red candy hearts or festive sprinkles.
9️⃣ Set: Return to fridge to fully set.
