Ingredients
• 1 (8 oz) tube of crescent roll dough
• 3 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
• Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cream Cheese Filling
• In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth
Assembly
1. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on the wider end of each triangle
3. Arrange 2 rows of blueberries on top of the cream cheese
4. Tightly roll each triangle from the wide end to the point
5. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet
Baking
