Ingredients:
\nFor the Crust:
\n1 1\/2 cups crushed gingersnap cookies
\n1\/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
\nFor the Cream Cheese Layer:<\/p>\n

16 oz cream cheese, softened
\n1 cup granulated sugar
\n2 large eggs
\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract
\nFor the Pumpkin Mixture Layer:<\/p>\n

1 cup pumpkin puree
\n1\/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
\n1\/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
\n1\/4 teaspoon ground ginger
\n1\/4 teaspoon ground cloves
\nFor the Topping:<\/p>\n

Whipped cream
\nCrushed gingersnap cookies
\nDirections:<\/p>\n

1. Prepare the Crust:<\/p>\n

Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
\nIn a medium bowl, combine the crushed gingersnap cookies with the melted butter until well mixed.
\nPress the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool.
