– 1/2 20gm cup vegetable oil
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cup boiling water
**For the Chocolate Frosting:**
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 4 cups powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
**For the Chocolate Ganache:**
– 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
**For Topping:**
– Chocolate shavings
– Chocolate chips
– Cocoa powder for dusting

**1. Prepare the Cake:**
– Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.
– Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
– Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed until smooth.
– Slowly mix in the boiling water until the batter is fully combined.
– Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
– Let the cakes cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
