Swiss Mushroom Burger ๐๐
Ingredients:
For the Burger Patties:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80% lean) ๐ฅฉ

1/2 tsp black pepper ๐ง
1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐ง
1/2 tsp onion powder ๐ง
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ๐ (optional)
For the Mushroom Topping:
2 cups sliced mushrooms ๐
1 tbsp butter ๐ง
1 tbsp olive oil ๐งด
1/2 cup finely chopped onion ๐ง
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง
1/4 cup beef broth or white wine (optional) ๐ท
Salt and pepper to taste ๐ง
For Assembly:
4 slices Swiss cheese ๐ง
4 hamburger buns, toasted ๐
Lettuce leaves ๐ฅฌ
Tomato slices ๐
Pickles (optional) ๐ฅ
Mayonnaise, mustard, or your favorite condiments ๐ฅ
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Burger Patties:
In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce if using. ๐ฅฉ๐ง
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Use your thumb to create a small indentation in the center of each patty to help it cook evenly. ๐
2. Cook the Mushrooms:

3. Cook the Burger Patties:
