Banana Chips recipe! 🍌✨
Ingredients
•2 ripe but firm bananas (not overly ripe)
•1 tbsp coconut oil (or melted butter)
•1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
•½ tsp cinnamon
•¼ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the Air Fryer – Set your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
2.Slice the Bananas – Peel and thinly slice the bananas (about ⅛ inch thick). The thinner the slices, the crispier the chips!
3.Coat the Slices – In a bowl, mix coconut oil, honey (if using), cinnamon, and salt. Toss the banana slices gently to coat them evenly.
4.Arrange in the Air Fryer – Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping them to ensure even cooking.
5.Air Fry – Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Watch closely as cook times may vary depending on your air fryer model.
6.Cool & Crisp – Once golden brown, remove and let them cool on a wire rack. The chips will crisp up as they cool.
7.Enjoy! – Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for a crunchy, healthy snack!
