Steak and Cheese Garlic Toast

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup sliced white onions
8-10 slices green bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup steak, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
Kraft mayo with olive oil and cracked black pepper
2 slices French bread or Texas toast
Butter
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions.
After 5 minutes, add the bell pepper slices, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the sliced steak to the pan and cook until your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Butter the outside of the bread slices and spread mayo on the inside. Place 2 slices of provolone cheese on each slice of bread.
Fill the bread with the steak mixture, then grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy and browned on both sides. Enjoy!
