🍗 Slow Cooker Sweet Soy Chicken 🍗

Ingredients:
• 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
• 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup rice vinegar
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3/4 tsp ground ginger
• 4 tsp cornstarch
• 1/4 cup warm water
• 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Place chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker.
2️⃣ Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Pour over chicken.
3️⃣ Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
4️⃣ Remove chicken. Mix cornstarch with water, stir into slow cooker sauce to thicken.
5️⃣ Return chicken, stir to coat. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
