Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Beef Stew
A simple yet hearty beef stew using only four ingredients. The slow cooker does all the work, transforming basic ingredients into a comforting meal.
Equipment
- 6-quart slow cooker
- Cutting board
- Sharp knife
- Measuring cups
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 lbs potatoes quartered
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 2 cans 10.5 oz each cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Place beef in slow cooker
- Add potatoes and carrots
- Pour soup over ingredients
- Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours
- Stir before serving
