Rocky Road Pie
Ingredients:
• Chocolate cookie crust
• 2 packs instant chocolate pudding mix
• Sweetened condensed milk
• Milk (use the empty can for measurement)
• Whipped topping
• Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
• Mini marshmallows
• Chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Whisk pudding mixes, condensed milk, and milk until smooth.
2. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping.
3. Mix in chocolate, marshmallows, and pecans.
4. Pour into the crust and chill for 2 hours.
5. Top with remaining whipped topping before serving.
