Quick & Delicious Apple Salad

✔ Large mixing bowl

✔ Cutting board & knife

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

✔ 2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala), diced

✔ ½ cup grapes, halved (optional)

✔ ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

✔ ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins

✔ ½ cup celery, diced (optional)

For the Dressing:

✔ ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

✔ 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

✔ 1 tbsp lemon juice (prevents apples from browning)

✔ ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for warmth)

✔ Pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Apples

•Wash, core, and dice apples into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with lemon juice to keep them fresh.

2️⃣ Mix the Dressing

•In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or mayo), honey, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.

3️⃣ Combine Ingredients

•In a large mixing bowl, add apples, grapes, nuts, dried cranberries, and celery. Pour the dressing over and mix well.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve

•Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to enhance the flavors. Serve fresh and enjoy!

 

Storage Options:

Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Stir before serving.

Make Ahead: If making in advance, add the nuts and dressing just before serving to keep the texture fresh.
