•2 cups powdered sugar

•1-2 tbsp milk (to reach desired consistency)

Instructions:

For the Bars:

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

2.In a large bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix and pistachio pudding mix.

3.Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined and dough forms.
