Pecan Cream Pie
🥧 Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup heavy whipping cream
⅓ cup powdered sugar
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
¼ tsp salt
🥧 Instructions:
1️⃣ Bake the Crust:
Blind bake the pie crust until golden brown and let it cool completely.
2️⃣ Whip the Cream:
In a bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
3️⃣ Make the Filling:
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, salt, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then stir in 1 cup of the chopped pecans.
5️⃣ Assemble & Chill:
Spread the filling into the cooled pie crust. Top with the remaining pecans and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
