Ingredients
Base Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
24 wonton wrappers
Garnishes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
Green onions, chopped
Optional Toppings
Diced tomatoes
Guacamole
Jalapeños
Black olives
Instructions
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin
Cook the Meat
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat
Add taco seasoning
Cook according to packet instructions
Assembly
Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup
Layer in this order:
Seasoned beef
Cheddar cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
Add second wonton wrapper
Repeat beef and cheese layers
Baking
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Watch for wrappers to become crispy and golden
Remove from oven and let cool slightly
Finishing
Top each cupcake with:
A dollop of sour cream
