No Peek Beef Tips 🍛
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
• 1 packet onion soup mix
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups white rice (uncooked)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Place uncooked rice in a greased 9×13-inch dish, top with beef tips, and pour soup mixture over.
4️⃣ Cover with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours—no peeking!
5️⃣ Fluff the rice with a fork and serve with the beef tips and gravy.
