A classic graham cracker crust topped with a silky-smooth no-bake filling makes this a perfect make-ahead dessert. And when the peaches are in season, you better believe I’m using the freshest South Carolina peaches, but in a pinch, frozen peaches work perfectly. Stewed with brown sugar and cinnamon, this peach topping is the most delicious counterpart to the tangy cheesecake filling.
