No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls – Don’t LOSE this Recipe 😋
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for added texture)
1/2 cup melted chocolate (optional, for dipping)
Instructions:
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers (if using). Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
Form Balls: Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture and roll into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill: Refrigerate the coconut balls for at least 1 hour to set.
Optional Chocolate Coating: If desired, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Dip the chilled coconut balls into the melted chocolate, coating them completely. Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Set: Let the chocolate-coated balls sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
