½ cup salted sweet cream butter, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons half and half
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups good quality white baking chips (e.g., Ghirardelli)
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Directions :
