Ingredients:
• 35-40 Classic Baby Creamers® potatoes, sliced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray two baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds. Place the slices in a large mixing bowl.
