Instructions:

• 2 small boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
• 3 cups cold milk
• Steps:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon pudding mix and cold milk.
2. Whisk for about 2 minutes until the pudding thickens.
3. Gently spread the lemon pudding over the cream cheese layer.
4️⃣ Top with Whipped Topping:
• Ingredients:
• 8 oz (225g) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
• Steps:
1. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the lemon layer.
2. For an extra touch, garnish with lemon zest or thin lemon slices.
5️⃣ Chill and Serve:
• Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 2 hours to set.
