
It seems that whenever I make mashed potatoes, I always make way too much. No matter how much I’ve tried to calculate and estimate, at the end of the dinner, there’s always a leftover container filled with mashed potatoes. We could just eat them with tomorrow’s dinner, but day-old mashed potatoes aren’t quite as good as fresh.
What to Do With Leftover Mashed Potatoes:
There are a couple ways to get around this. You could freeze the mashed potatoes to enjoy with another meal. If you’ve got enough leftover potatoes, you could simply add the potatoes to a saucepan and add in milk and stir up a batch of potato soup.
