I call these “lazy girl” pecan pie bars. Bring these to a gathering, and you’ll never have leftovers. Which, in my opinion, is not always a good thing. Make sure to keep some for yourself, or you might miss out!
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups pecans, chopped
confectioners’ sugar, to taste, for topping
