4 tablespoons melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup pineapple juice
White chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
Pineapple chunks (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
