Nougat Layer:
✔ ¼ cup unsalted butter
✔ 1 cup granulated sugar
✔ ¼ cup evaporated milk
✔ 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff
✔ ¼ cup peanut butter
✔ 1 ½ cups salted peanuts, chopped
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel Layer:
✔ 1 (11 oz) bag caramels, unwrapped
✔ ¼ cup heavy cream
🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Melt the first chocolate layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 ¼ cups chocolate chips and 1 tbsp peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour into the pan and spread evenly. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Make the nougat: In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar, and evaporated milk over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and vanilla. Spread over the chilled chocolate layer and freeze for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Melt the caramel: Microwave caramels and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the nougat layer and freeze for 10 minutes.
5️⃣ Melt the final chocolate layer: Repeat step 2 with the remaining 1 ¼ cups chocolate chips and 1 tbsp peanut butter. Spread over the caramel layer. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until fully set.
