And I won’t even tell you how much the boyfriend loved them. Brownies are his favorite treat, and these really won him over.
It’s the best thing ever when you take a bite of brownie and get that gooey caramely bite with the Rolo in it.

So guys, I like to use a brownie mix. So are these brownies totally from scratch?? No. Definitely not. Honestly, I’m not really interested in making brownies from scratch at this point in my life
Ingredients
▢1 box Ghirardelli Brownie Mix Ghirardelli Chocolate Double Chocolate Brownie Mix 18-oz
▢16 Rolos Rolo 4 Pack – 208g

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees (according to the package).
Make the brownie batter according to the package on the box. Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined 8×8 baking dish.
Count out 16 Rolos and unwrap them. Push them into the batter – it’s ok if they don’t go all the way down, they will melt as the brownies bake.
Cook according to the directions on the package (about 40 minutes). Let cool fully, lift out of the pan, cut and serve.
