German Chocolate Pecan Pie Bites 🥜🍫
Ingredients:
3 cups pecan halves
1 & 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
3/4 cup cold butter, cubed
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 & 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3 large eggs
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Directions:
1️⃣ Toast Pecans: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake pecans for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway.
2️⃣ Prepare the Crust: Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa. Add cold butter, blend until coarse. Press into a greased 9”x13” pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Add Chocolate: Sprinkle chocolate chips over the baked crust and cool for 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Make the Filling: Beat eggs, then add brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, coconut, and pecans. Pour over crust.
5️⃣ Bake: Bake for 28-34 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
