•1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tail-on or off)

•4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

•3 cloves garlic, minced

•½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a slight kick)

•½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

•½ tsp paprika

•1 tsp Italian seasoning

•2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

•2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

•Salt & black pepper, to taste

•½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch, optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

2️⃣ Prepare Butter Mixture – In a small saucepan, melt butter, then stir in minced garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook for 1 minute to release the flavors.

3️⃣ Coat the Shrimp – In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with the garlic butter mixture until well coated.

4️⃣ Assemble – Spread the shrimp in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese (and panko breadcrumbs if using) evenly on top.

5️⃣ Bake – Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.

6️⃣ Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

🔖 Notes & Tips

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor, but frozen (thawed) shrimp works too.

Serve over pasta or rice to make it a full meal.

For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.

Leftovers? Store in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat gently in the oven.

This garlicky, cheesy, buttery shrimp is a total crowd-pleaser! 🦐🧄 Tag a seafood lover who needs this in their life! ❤️
