Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
• 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation Steps
Chicken Preparation
1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels
2. Cut chicken into 1-2 inch pieces
3. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
Cooking Process
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
2. Add chicken pieces and sear for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown
3. Remove chicken and set aside
4. Deglaze pan with white wine or chicken broth
5. Add butter and let it melt completely
6. Add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute
7. Return chicken to pan, coat with garlic butter sauce
8. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes

Serving
• Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
• Serve immediately
