Forgotten Chicken Recipe 🍗
Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
• 2 cups Minute rice (white or brown)
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can of water
• 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Optional: Shredded cheese for topping
Preparation Instructions:
Oven Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with butter
Mixing Ingredients
1. In a large bowl, combine:
• Cream of mushroom soup
• Cream of chicken soup
• 1 can of water
• Minute rice
2. Mix ingredients until well blended
Assembling the Dish
1. Pour rice and soup mixture into greased baking dish
2. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture
3. Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over chicken
Baking
1. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil
2. Bake for 1-1.5 hours
3. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F
