Ferrero Rocher Fudge Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup roughly chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Prep the Pan:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Make the Batter:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
Stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Stir in the flour until just combined.
Fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and chocolate chips.
Bake the Brownies:

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into squares.
