Ingredients:
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 2 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped nuts (peanuts, pecans, almonds, or walnuts)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Line a 9”x13” or 8”x8” pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
2️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave on High for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds until fully melted.
3️⃣ Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in marshmallows and nuts.
4️⃣ Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until set.
5️⃣ Lift fudge from the pan using the foil, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve. Enjoy!
