Ingredients:

4 lb chuck roast
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package au jus gravy mix
5 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions:

Place the chuck roast in the bottom of a crockpot or slow cooker.
Top the roast with slices of unsalted butter. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the top of the roast.
Add the pepperoncini peppers to the slow cooker. You can either use whole peppers or a handful of sliced peppers, depending on your preference.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the meat to become tender.
Once cooked, shred the meat using forks right before serving, ensuring it’s tender and easy to enjoy.
