Ingredients:

2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Directions:

Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Prepare the puff pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets. Brush the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with granulated sugar and cinnamon (if using).
Shape the cruffins: Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then cut each log into 4-6 equal pieces. Place each piece into the muffin tin with the spiral side facing up.
Bake the cruffins: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cruffins are golden brown and puffed up.
Cool and dust with sugar: Let the cruffins cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
