Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
Ingredients:
4 defrosted chicken breasts
1 large can of cream of chicken soup
2 boxes of stuffing mix
1 cup sour cream
1 small package of frozen green beans
1 cup water
Instructions:
Prepare the Crockpot:
Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer the Ingredients:
Place the defrosted chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
Evenly distribute the stuffing mix over the chicken.
Mix and Add Sauce:
In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Pour this mixture over the stuffing and chicken.
Add Vegetables:
Add a layer of frozen green beans on top of the soup mixture.
Pour a cup of water over the green beans.
Cook:
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 7 to 8 hours.
Serving:
Serve hot and enjoy a comforting, easy-to-make meal.
