3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
