What You Need:
• 1 stick butter
• 2 lbs. hash browns (thawed)
• 1 small onion, chopped
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cups cheddar (or 1 cup cheddar + 1 cup Velveeta)
• 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
What To Do:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter or oil a 9×13 pan.
