• 3 cups butter, softened
• 1½ cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
• 4½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ cups cornstarch
• Nonpareils or halved candied cherries

Directions:
1️⃣ Cream butter and sugar until fluffy (3-4 mins). Gradually beat in flour and cornstarch until smooth.
2️⃣ Roll dough into 1-inch balls; place on baking sheets. Press with a fork and decorate with cherries or nonpareils.
3️⃣ Bake at 300°F for 20-22 mins until bottoms are golden. Cool on racks.
