Ingredients
•½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
•2 cups granulated sugar
•½ cup milk
•¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•½ cup creamy peanut butter
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•3 cups quick oats
•¼ tsp salt
Instructions
1.Prepare Baking Sheet – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
2. Boil the Mixture
• In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
•Stir continuously and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
3. Add Peanut Butter & Oats
• Stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
•Add quick oats and mix well until fully coated.
4. Scoop & Set
•Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
•Let them cool at room temperature for 30-40 minutes, or refrigerate for faster setting.
