Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli
Ingredients
• 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
• 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• Optional: Garlic powder, chopped parsley
Instructions
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Assembly
1. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangular shape
2. Spread ranch dressing evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border
3. Layer ingredients in this order:
• Shredded chicken
• Chopped bacon
• Mozzarella cheese
4. Carefully roll dough lengthwise, tucking in ingredients
5. Seal edges by pinching dough together
6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet
Baking
• Brush top with melted butter
• Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
• Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
Serving
• Let cool for 5-10 minutes
• Slice and serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping
