Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta
Ingredients:
3 pounds ground beef
1 box small pasta shells
1 block Velveeta cheese
1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
2 packs taco seasoning
1 can original Rotel
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a pan, then drain any excess fat.
Cook the Pasta: Boil water and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain well.
Melt the Cheese: In the same pan where you cooked the beef, add the Velveeta cheese (cut into pieces) and the milk. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
Combine: Add the cooked pasta shells to the cheese mixture, followed by the browned beef. Mix well.
Season and Finish: Stir in the taco seasoning and the can of Rotel until everything is well combined. Sprinkle in the sharp cheddar cheese and give it one final mix.
